Inklusivleistungen

Nach aktuellem Stand sind die folgenden Leistungen im All Weekend Ticket enthalten:

Welcome-Abend: Du erhältst beim Check-In einen Essengutschein, mit dem du dir ein Gericht deiner Wahl an einer der Food-Stationen wählen kannst. Darüber hinaus bekommst du noch drei Wertmarken, die du gegen Bier oder Softdrinks eintauschen kannst.
Delegiertenversammlung: Wasser, Kaffee, Tee und ein Mittagssnack.
Gala-Abend: Drei-Gänge-Menü und Getränke bis 22 Uhr.
Farewell-Frühstück: Ist noch in Klärung, es wird sicherlich ein Frühstück oder einen entsprechenden Snack und eine Auswahl an Getränken (Kaffee, Tee, …) inklusive sein.

Nicht enthalten ist nach aktuellem Stand:

Welcome-Abend: Weitere Gerichte und Getränke über die Inklusivleistungen hinaus.
Delegiertenversammlung: Es kann eine kostenpflichtige Stadionführung dazugebucht werden. Im Buchungsprozess wird die Teilnahme abgefragt. Die Abrechnung erfolgt später separat (also nicht wundern, wenn die Kosten in der Buchung und im Ticket nicht aufgeführt sind). Außerdem planen wir eine optionale „After-DV-Party“ im Strobels direkt in der Nähe vom Stadion. (Nettes Beisammensein zwischen DV und Gala-Abend) Hier sind keine Inklusivleistungen geplant.
Gala-Abend: Getränke ab 22 Uhr

Ticketkauf

Der Shop wird am Ende der Seite geladen. Sollte es Probleme geben, kann er auch auf einer externen Seite direkt beim Shopanbieter geöffnet werden: externer Ticketshop.

Kinder unter 12 Jahren können kostenlos (ohne Anmeldung) teilnehmen, Kinder ab 12 Jahren zahlen den vollen Preis.

Included

At the current state of planning, the following is included in the All Weekend Ticket:

Welcome Evening: You get a meal voucher at the check-in which you can use for one meal at one of the food stations. You also get three token for drinks which can be used for beer or soda.
Delegation Assembly: Water, coffee, tee and a snack for lunch.
Gala Evening: Three course menu and drinks until 10pm.
Farewell Brunch: This is not settled yet. Expect some kind of breakfast or a snack and something to drink (coffee, tee, …) to be included.

Not included according to the current plan:

Welcome Evening: More meals and drinks exceeding the provided voucher / tokens.
Delegation Assembly: The assembly will take place at the stadium in Dortmund and you can book a walk through the stadium. In the ticket booking process you can add this feature and we will reserve a ticket for you. The actual payment will happen later, maybe just at the event (so don't wonder about the fee not added to the total price). Also we plan an After Delegation Assembly Party at Strobels next to the stadium (and just a hangout for everyone). Everything consumed there will be extra.
Gala Evening: Drinks after 10pm.

Kids under the age of 12 don't need a ticket and no reservation, kids of age 12 and older need a normal ticket. Sadly, the tool only supports german, but we hope you can help yourself with google translate, it's just the normal stuff ;-)
